Brothers Through Boxing
Improving lives through sport & friendship

Brothers Through Boxing is a Movember funded project that aims to support young men (16-25 years) to live longer, happier, and more confident lives, through tackling the issue of
loneliness and social connectedness.

The 6-month programme uses non-contact boxing and our ‘Road to
Resurgence’ educational toolset, to encourage young men to explore and
challenge their perception of the world, personal belief systems and engage in discussions that promote health, confidence, and wellbeing.

The next programmes begin on Tuesday 30th May 2:30-4:30pm at the Arbury community centre in Cambridge and Thursday 1st June 5-7pm at our Boxing gym in Yaxley Peterborough.
