A variety of activities enjoyed at the Trumpington Friendship Games

The South Cambs School Sports Partnership recently hosted a “Friendship Games” event at Trumpington Park Primary School which involved year 4/5 pupils from the host school as well as groups from Histon & Impington Brook Primary, Coton Primary & Harston & Newton Primary Schools.

It was great to see around 80 children enjoying some different sports activities, making a cycle smoothie and having the chance to find out about healthy eating with Healthy You and the local nature reserve with the Wildlife Trust.  We had some great conversations and drawings of activities they already do and would like to do with their families and everyone got to take home a frisbee!
