Jenny Lambert
In my role as Programme Delivery Office, I focus on working with and listening to local communities, organisations, groups and individuals who would like to establish and develop sports, leisure or physical activities within their local communities or areas, and supporting them to set up these activities and look to make them sustainable.
Favourite thing about sport and physical activity: My favourite thing about sport and physical activity is the way that it can bring communities and people together, as well as provide a way to meet new people, make new friends, and improve health and mental well-being. I also enjoy seeing sports and physical activity being used in non-traditional environments, such as libraries, to provide opportunities to take part in activities to people who may not have tried them before or through they could take part in physical activities.
