This learning lasts 30 minutes and examines how to support the individuals in your team, whatever their ability level. We’ll explore what’s meant by disability and the different pathways available for disabled players. Examples include mainstream, pan-disability, and impairment-specific football.

This course is a useful module for coaches in both disability and non-disability football, as it explains the dual pathway and how to refer players within mainstream teams to the England Talent Programme.  For more information on disability football in Cambridgeshire please contact Ryan Kay.
