- Cosmic Yoga Free online yoga, mindfulness and relaxation designed specially for kids aged three and above.
- The Lawn Tennis Association have created a series of fundamental movement tennis based sessions to try at home. The sessions are broken down for different ages and can help your children to develop skills to enjoy any racket based game.
- Disney Dance Alongs are a chance for parents and kids to get moving to the songs they love. Learn their moves or put your own spin on their routines.
- PlayUp Club – BOING KIDS is a set of exciting new games to take your family’s play to the next level. These easy-to-follow games can be played with any number of players and can be played at home, in your garden or even in your local park
- Pre and postnatal exercise programmes – The Couch to Fitness programmes are the first of their kind to be endorsed by the Active Pregnancy Foundation.
- 10 Minute Disney Shake Up Games – 10 minute bursts of fun Disney themed activities to get the children moving.

- 50 Things to Do Before You’re Five in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough – download this app which has a menu of exiting activities for young children with suggestions of how to have fun and learn at the same time.
- Junior parkrun A free, weekly 2km run for children aged 4-14 with hundreds of events held every Sunday morning across the country. Junior parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience for all the family. Find your local park run here.
- Playing Out is a parent and resident-led movement restoring children’s freedom to play out in the streets and spaces where they live, they offer guidance on how to start your own regular play streets. To get involved in Cambridgeshire and find out how to apply please click here.
- The Daily Mile™ is just 15 minutes of running, jogging or walking around your local area together enjoying the outdoors. Living Sport have created downloadable resources to support The Daily Mile at Home, which can be found here.
- Start For Life Baby Activities and Start For Life Toddler Activities lots of different ideas around how to be active!
- Tiny Happy People fun activities and things to do with your child to help with their communication skills.
- Let’s Ride Local provides free routes, tips and activities to get you cycling as a family.
- Ping! England shows you where you can play table tennis in a local park or club or if you prefer to play at home try Play at home – TT Kidz.

- Workouts for Young People WheelPower, the national charity for wheelchair sport, has ten online workouts, aimed specifically at primary and secondary aged disabled children and their families.
- LimbPower : Adaptive Fitness Fun have adaptive activity videos and resources for young people with an amputation or limb impairment.
- SEND Summer Family Fun Mornings are a series of free ill take there will be a series of these in conjunction with Ability Plus
