PACC Training

Physical Activity Clinical Champion (PACC) training is aimed at practicing healthcare professionals (HCPs) who want to increase their knowledge and skills in having conversations around physical activity linked to personalised care.

This year, 144 healthcare professionals – from GPs and Nurses to Digital Champions and Social Prescribing Link Workers – have received training that we were involved in. No local data is available yet, but PACC training has been shown to help increase knowledge and confidence and shows that following training HCPs have conversations with patients about physical activity more often.
