In my role as Senior Projects Officer I lead on our work with families, working with organisations and communities locally to help them provide opportunities for families to get active together.  I am also involved in our income generation work helping us to continue and develop our work where its needed most.

Favourite thing about Sport and Physical Activity: The way it can transform not just your physical health but also your mental health and mood as well as bringing you into contact with new people and opportunities.
